What is the 'COVID19 Registry'?

The 'COVID19 Registry' allows for the curation of COVID19 Publications into a repository using predefined templates. The system also allows for browsing and exploring of the COVID19 data using keywords or the predefined templates as well. All data records in the repository can be fetched manually from the front page in XML, JSON and CSV formats bot as tar and zip files. Data can also be fetched from the display page by selecting the publications you are interested in, then selecting tools/Download under keywords box. It will ask which format you prefer.

How do I get access to the 'COVID19 Registry'?

An individual may make a request to access 'COVID19 Registry' using the online request form. Once the 'COVID19 Registry' administrator accepts the account request, the user is notified that the account is created with the appropriate credentials. The 'COVID19 Registry' allows anonymous access to all data, so an account is not needed.

What are some of the activities I can do on the 'COVID19 Registry'?

A user can search COVID19 data by keywords, search and explore papers by author or institution. If you search by keyword, when typing in the keywords, you wil be prompted with pre-defined keywords extracted from the data.

Can I use 'COVID19 Registry' using a RESTful API?

Yes, 'COVID19 Registry' supports RESTful APIs. The 'COVID19 Registry' REST-based APIs allow the integration with other Web services, data entry, query, and retrieval. The RESTful API documentation can be accessed here.
